Covid-19

Covid-19

This ongoing global pandemic has led to a change in they way we manage our clinic. We have therefore produced our Covid-19 policy in line with government advice to ensure the safety of both our clients and our doctors.

Prior to your appointment

Please ensure you follow advice from the NHS (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) when recognising possible symptoms of coronavirus, managing symptoms and self-isolating.

It is also important to remember that many people infected with Covid-19 may not develop a fever, continuous cough or a loss of sense of smell/ taste. They may instead be asymptomatic, or develop mild to moderate non-specific symptoms such as headaches, muscle/ joint pains, tiredness or nausea.

Therefore if you feel unwell or think you are at risk of developing Covid-19, we politely request that you contact us to delay your appointment for at least 2 weeks.

Our clinic has now gone paperless for your safety. We will send you an email prior to your appointment to collect all relevant medical information and any relevant consent forms.

On the day of your appointment

Please send a text message (07960947762) to notify us of your arrival. Remain in your car until we text to invite you into our clinic. We are operating a 1-in-1-out policy to ensure your safety.

Please wear a mask to your appointment and use the hand sanitizer provided.

Our measures

Your practitioner will be using personal protective equipment in line with current guidance. He/ she will be wearing clothes that will be used only for the clinic.

The clinic room will be disinfected and ventilated between each client

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any question.

Thank you!
